I’m with you on that one bub. Had tons more fun with UT99 along with its community-supported maps and mods, than with any of its sequels.

I agree with the OP through personal experience. I have rented most of my life and now I own a condo. I can tell you definitively that the costs associated with having a mortgage are the same or lower than renting, thanks to the big tax break I get every year. And unlike rent, I don’t have to worry about my mortgage…
