A “living room situation”... yes, many of us have a 600 sqft living rooms that contain nothing but a single couch.

Honestly, I think a lot of people are mistaken about what “pulp” means. Sure, it had sultry dames and scandalous clothing and heaving bosoms, but it wasn’t a genre unto itself. I wonder how many people arguing over what “pulp” is, know how pulp fiction got it’s name? Not saying you don’t by any means, but there were…
It really is atrocious.
You are not alone.
Yep, there’s three of us that form a sort of core gamers group and one buddy bought Legacy. We’ve played.... hmm... 6 or 7 times now with a couple of other guys here and there. It’s a fun game and probably the only way I’d play Risk. There’s just enough additional rules and quirks and permanent changes to make the…
Cool man. I don’t work Wednesdays, so it’s often a gaming day for me.
I’m guessing you didn’t read the whole thing? I’m only on page three and it’s already talked about far more than “superficial comparisons”.
Feel free to add me: zombie_shralps (I know, this is a stupid name. 2008 me had no idea 2015 me would hate that PSN ID.
I won’t be picking this up, as NBA2K15 still has plenty of life left in it for me. However, I do like the career mode and that it has a story and some RPG elements in it. What I don’t like, and I’m guessing it’s the same in 2K16, is that my character (the character?) only really has two attitudes, no matter what I…
Yes, I get it. I get that he could be a replicant, that he could be implanted with memories and not have a four year life span.
Honestly, the new video player is terrible. It definitely does not play in HD, despite HD allegedly being on. The youtube version is much, much better.
Agreed. This is a topic I’ve spent way too much time discussing in the past, but it never gets old haha
Because you might not be able to convince other replicants to do it in the first place. Or, you risk your replicant-killing replicant defecting. It’s the same reason people are opposed to police departments investigating themselves- there’s too much room for bias, cover ups and other chicanery.
What I came to say as well. Scott had no good reason to latch on to the “Deckard is a replicant” idea, and I doubt that was his intention when making the movie. Even the unicorn vision he has, doesn’t “prove” anything, it’s just Scott throwing in some of his favourite imagery in order to make a character more…
I did once attempt to read Dhalgren. Hated it. Well, maybe not hated, but what I read of it, I just didn’t enjoy on any level. I’m usually one for weird stuff, I love me some sci-fi and I don’t shy away from sex or violence.
You’re just defending your arbitrary scoring system over another, when in reality, they aren’t that different.
I mean, as bonkers as it is that he’s injured yet again, he shouldn’t miss too much time with this injury. Mike Conley came back in the playoffs on a super rushed time table, because medical procedures and protective gear are so advanced.
Oh dear lord. I never noticed Han’s little head movement in the Special Edition travesty. I guess that tells you how many times I’ve subjected myself to them.
The video was terrible this week. Choppy and definitely not in HD. I’m just using a regular old Mac with Chrome and a connection that usually handles HD stuff just fine.
I mean, I only played the demo and one dungeon, but yeah, I did not see any combat animations besides attack and spell effects. Absolutely no character animations.
