I’m flabbergasted that after internal deliberations they were still unsure if the N-Word should be removed and had to open it up to the community to see what they thought about the N-Word.

Thank god I don’t have to try the demos in the park.
I’ve been calling it SteamSpace. We just need god awful music on repeat and we’re set.
I think a lot of this came down to players obsessing over how many hours a game was. I remember so many arguments over the years where a game comes out, people find out it’s 10 or 15 hours and then lose their minds because it’s $60.
I’m not sure if that means I’m not an internet baby because that was directed at me or if I’m not an internet baby because you talked with me.
This sounds like something I could watch as a movie but play this for 30 hours doesn’t seem like something I want to subject myself to.
That is almost the entirety of the Civil War plot line.
I cannot find anymore fir planks and it’s basically stopped my progress in it’s tracks which has been a bummer cause it otherwise was enjoyable. Spent an hour just looking for fir planks and nada.
I believe that’s Richard.
Their engine used to be so difficult to work with that merely moving a character from standing in one location to another was a massive undertaking because the engine was initially designed for games like Halo where you’d make and bake a level and you didn’t have to worry about a lot of changes after the fact.
Forsaken is great, Shadowkeep is less good but it does some stuff that really starts to move the narative forward and now a year later you can see it coming to fruition.
If the leaks that got every part of this reveal are right then expect a bit more than Europa.
How is it any different right now? What is Destiny 3 going to provide that expansions and updates can't?
They said it even in the stream. I think it's funny how people assume a number expansion disregarding all current progress is somehow the answer to all ills.
Considering they used to not be able to do anything of the sort it’s pretty impressive as far as their engine is concerned.
In a lot of games, yeah, EVE is such a different thing though. In EVE this works thematically and it makes sense. Not only that, it helps free up space for other players, it frees up loot that’s just sitting collecting dust, and for every citadel that goes it’ll clear half of it’s massive store of crap the game is…
It feels like battleborn and kind of lawbreakers where there are abilities that do stuff and it’s not clear why I’d use it. The one dude, Earl, he can... float... and he shoots a gun but his alt is to shoot the same gun but kind of different and he can use a rocket on it to move faster for a bit... It’s all just lack…
That’s really more of a Destiny 1 problem. I don’t know if you’ve played at all this year but the one thing they have actually done better with among some other missteps is actual story telling.
The Seraph Tower public event is also not good for a number of reasons. It sucks extra because it’s actually not to far off from having been really cool and well executed.
Sephiroth at it again with that damned black materia.
