Doesn't this always happen at the end of console generation? I'm sure I remember this was a topic right before PS3 and X360 was released.

Thank you for making some sense, getting sick of all these second amendment excuses pro-gun groups use.

Tried it last night, my 150gb of music is super quick to navigate though! Takes a bit of time to get used to but I like the change, I think in many ways it for the better. My only complain would be that it looks like its using all my RAM when I run it :/

doubt there is a easy way to do that, software updates rarely let you downgrade these days.

haha! nice! :)

but if you look at 1989 Batwing it looked like they just tried to make a flying vehicle which looked like a batman logo but wouldn't actually be able to fly in real life. I think this Bat looks much more realistic for a military flying vehicle concept.

The Trollstigen Mountain Road in Norway should also be on that list. My dad won a bet by reversing up this road :)

epic

spot on!

Let's just say if I had just won 550mil, all the items above would be at the bottom of my list to get.

Mine is same as my Kotaku profile, I've used it since 2001, started off as a pseudo for my website, still is, and I've used it ever since for other profiles like Xbox360 gamertag.

I used to download pirated games, until I started working on production in game development and personally experienced how much hard work and passion goes into making most of these games, I could never get around and download another game since. If I can afford it I'll buy it, if I can't afford it I'll wait till I can.

Take FIFA for example, the game became awful the moment EA introduced their servers with it. I absolutely hate it, FIFA and Battlefield 3 are the only games I have problems with with connection which largely effects the game, both run by EA.

I notice the difference, I'm a graphics artist, but from tests many games don't, hence I don't think its such a big deal. It also depends how the game is made, if the graphics are upscaled or downscaled for the relevant resolution. As previously said, I think other factors are more important than 720 to 1080.

Yes there is a difference, but I wouldn't say it's staggering, comparing the difference between standard def vs high def is plain ridiculous.
