and for the record, the McLaren lap around Nordschleife was not done by the manufacture, you probably know yourself when they do it they tweak the car. I agree the damp lap at TopGear doesn't give a clear indication, but neither does the Nürburgring lap.

There's something about the simplicity of the lines, not as crazy as most supercars are shaped these days. Like with many cars its love it or hate it, and personally I think its one of the best looking sports cars around, especially the GT version, yum!
