Well, that's a good sign for EA. A lot of times their games suck because they are rushed. If they are willing to delay something, I feel like there is a small chance they are serious about being a better company.

Kluwe (to my knowledge) isn't gay, so he can't be making a hostile work environment claim based on sexual orientation (you typically need to be part of the protected class).

Possibly relevant, possibly not: A few years ago, we did get a tip about two popular Vikings involved in a situation similar to the one Kluwe mentioned.
