I think I hate it even more because of that. Yay, shake-y cam! Woo hoo home movies! Ugh.

If you liked that one you might like Funny Games (US version of an Austrian film of the same name, same director) starring Naomi Watts, Tim Roth and Michael Pitt.

Nightmare almost made my list. Certainly top 20. I can’t even sing that song without thinking he’s coming for me. Like how do you know it’s a dream? Omg.

Silence of the Lambs did that for me and still does. When I saw it I was 15 or 16 and watched it at my friends place and after we finished I had to walk home by myself (half way actually, she walked half way with me) and a fucking white van passed us! We freaked and ran to our homes.

Not anymore? Netflix seems to do a fair amount of purging so it’s not too surprising.

I loved both the games and the movies. Although the games are waay scarier.

I might add for TV too here: Hannibal, so beautifully shot, the script and acting, set design, costume and food design. High creep factor and riveting.

I’m the same, I’m 40ish and I still won’t fuck with a ghost mirror game. Texas Chainsaw drove me crazy. So much screaming. My ears hurt. That’s I all I remember, I wasn’t the least bit scared.

It sort of ebbs and flows at that point. There are still some pretty interesting moments (due to some great acting) but yeah it loses the moody/spooking thrills.

It played really nicely off the old ‘Bloody Mary’ game (or any variation) that we play as kids. So as an audience you’ve already bought into the paranoia of summoning a spirit through a mirror.

Oh yes. I was so pissed and horrified at that point. Ugh.

My Top Horror:

Well, there you go. I’m just going to stick with the idea that a decent man in a position of influence is an exception and not the rule. It’s strange because I was sort of influenced in my youth to always be weary of men and it built a sort of prejudice in me in regards to men. So my natural inclination is one of

One of my top ten horror films. Scary as hell. I love being able to watch it at home so I can shout at everyone. I always tell that adorable little boy, DeJaun Guy, to stay away from that white woman - she causes him so much trouble! Oh and that public washroom scene. OMG!!! Look, I’m getting scared again. Good write

Wait. What? I have never heard of that. G’damn. This is not helpful information. Now I’m going to have to look it up. Bathroom ruined. Again.

Oh, please no. Barrowman seems like a really decent dude. I don’t want to see his name on any list.

Magneto in Xmen! That’s it. I love me some Xmen. So he ruined that. Well, that particular film/character. Thank heavens for Ian McKellan. He will forever be my Magneto.

Awful, right? I like him in some movie, can’t remember which and then I found out about his previous girlfriend who had a restraining order placed on him. There is a quote from an actress, can’t remember which, who said the non-abusers/assholes were the exception and not the rule. I really beleive that. Gotta find

Jesus, how can anyone forget? He fucking cause her cyst to burst! Every time someone brings up Fassenbender I’m like “that dude burst a woman’s uterus!” It’s an exaggeration, I know, but it’s the image I have after reading that. And I feel like I can’t do him bad enough considering.

I assume you’re kidding since he is a woman beater. Maybe you’re sad for Alicia?
