There is no similar car: the US market did not get that generation of Focus, instead the USDM got a “refreshed” body on the old platform while Europe got a completely new platform for that generation in addition to the awesome RS spec level.

I owned a 2004 WRX for 7 years, it never let me down. Even after the turbo upgrade the factory clutch held up just fine.

What year was your WRX?

They have the parts, they have the technology, why won’t they do a Crosstrek and/or a BRZ STi? And the WRX STi is very little improvement over the WRX for a lot more money. I just don’t understand...

One down side: you’ll need to wait till the 2016 models drop to get the updated infotainment system.

I’m a big fan of the 458 but I find the 488 more attractive. Too bad there’s no way to get the 458’s NA V8 in the 488. That would be pretty much perfect IMHO.

I absolutely LOVED my 2000 Si, right up until it was stolen in 2004. :-(
I test drove the 2 models that followed it, neither were anywhere near as good. Honda has lost the plot, they don’t have a single vehicle I would buy in any segment I would conceivably be shipping for. That makes me sad, but there it is.

The big question is the will they/won’t they CSL for the M2 and M4. They keep testing mules, and dropping hints via back channels, but then BMW brass emphatically denies that they’ll make anything of the sort.

I think it’s really sad that the marketing department is going to keep the CF roof off of the M2 option list,…
