That first paragraph is a bit misleading, PEGI-18 isn't the equivalent of an AO American rating, it's the equivalent of an M rating. No retailer refuses to carry PEGI-18 games. GTA has that rating, as does Mortal Kombat or Call of Duty.

That thing is hideous. And having to take your thumb off the movement "stick" to be able to press buttons? There are TONS of games this controller would be useless for. Especially since most games require the A and X buttons to be the most used. I'm thinking this is more of a "play kb+mouse games without a kb+mouse"…
