Sony is Sony. Their console is where their games are.
Xbox is Microsoft. Microsoft is PC and Xbox so I would want/expect them to give as much attention to PC as they do their console.

I love Tales. I love JRPGs which is part of the reason I got a PS3 once I moved here. Great decision since Xbox lacks in that department.
I've enjoyed every console and I'm sure I'll enjoy all three. Just for right now, PS4 is the way to go for me here. Hopefully Xbox can kick it up a notch and give those of us living…
Didn't know Sony was going broke. I don't think that would factor in anyways.
X1 is too American focused for me. Since I moved to Europe, my 360 basically became a paperweight. I think I got like 5 games in 3 years?
Too many of the features Microsoft is pushing I can't even use here so there was really no incentive to…
Just a handful of titles out of quite a bit. They could have done a lot better but were too focused on Games For Windows which is now dead.
Just saying, there's more a focus this generation. Not saying there wasn't last gen, but there's more of one now to bring core first party titles to PC.
Too young to care about FF when I had a Super Nintendo (like 6 or 7). I was too much into megaman and the like.
GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE!!!
I want some of these...where are these available for purchase?
Honestly, the only reason I can care is because it's on PC.
I'm glad Microsoft is working on bringing back their core titles to PC.
Look, I'm not going to sit here and defend the PS4.
My point was this: I personally have not heard/seen good things about the X1. Everything that I have personally found has lead to the conclusion that the X1 is not the console Microsoft has made it out to be.
Hopefully it proves me wrong. All the better, then I can…
Absolutely. I've been a little underwhelmed by this gen but in another year or 2 I'm sure we will see some amazing stuff.
Well not a first this is true. I just remember when my friend and I played Halo 3 on an HDTV for the first time and it was magical. Whereas I plugged in Killzone: Shadow Fall and while graphically impressive...I wasn't blown away like I was then.
As someone who didn't have anything sony until last gen...I know none of those names.
To be fair, that's jumping from SD to HD which helps a lot. We're not going from HD to slightly better HD. It'll get there, but will take its time doing so.
What exclusives? Ryse, Forza, Halo? While good, Halo isn't a console seller anymore and Ryse isn't either for that matter.
For PS4, The Order 1886, Infamous Second Son both look amazing. Plus, potentially The Last of Us 2 and (though I'm not all that excited for it) and new Uncharted.
Look, I've been with Xbox since…
This is where the rangers are now? That looks completely unimpressive.
Or a weaker system. Take your pick.
Either way, everything I've seen/heard about the X1 is really underwhelming.
I just can't get excited for this game. Besides looking pretty, and this is from what I've seen on streams, it looks like it plays like CoD.
Fast paced arcade shooter. I mean there was anything in there that made me go "Oh wow, this could help the FPS genre out of it's rut."
It's basically like playing CoD with a few robots from what I've seen. Glad I decided to wait before getting any kind of excited.
I'd be inclined to agree with you. Just seemed a bit heavy handed and just seemed to be trying too hard to be witty/satirical.
Probably just me though.
I never said it went to far. Please reread and then respond.
