Man, what I would give to experience some of my favorite games again on ps3. If I could wipe my memory on command of demon and dark souls, I would be in painful bliss forever. I disagree. Running and swimming are great for working multiple muscle groups at the same time. OP Said he was overweight, "cultivating mass" (thats a joke) building muscle will get you in shape, and you will burn some fat, but you'll put on more weight with the age old muscle weighs more than fat.
