With RoS you'll get Act 5 (and from that the enchanter), the crusader class, and adventure mode, after you beat the full campaign one time. Adventure mode gives you bounties and rifts. You'll also unlock the ability to level up to 70, which gives you another passive/another skill for each class, and more runes.
