Correct, those traction control systems are that good. Basically, unless you are going in a straight line at 150 mph and find some ice and drastically yank the wheel losing lateral adhesion, then yeah, it will keep you in a straight line.

Yes, but the tires are spinning from the power from the engine, they aren’t losing grip laterally...So clearly the Traction Control is off.
Miles, stop being such a Dum Dum, everyone else here is right.
Not trying to be rude, but please stop...just stop.
False, TC/DSC was for sure off. These cars have incredible traction control systems and that’s coming from someone who likes Ferrari and not McLaren.
This would be cool, if they actually have quad pipes..no one likes weirdly shaped singular tips.
Sounds awesome can I come live there?
Disagree.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Also, a tough sell when a new M5 starts at $100k.
I don’t understand why people still say 15-20% drivetrain loss. If your car puts out 1000HP are you saying it takes 150HP-200HP to turn all the bits to make the wheels finally move? whereas if the car made 300HP it would only take 45-60hp to move those same bits?
Damn it, I posted on the wrong article.

Doesn’t make sense in todays big horsepower days.
Nice article but come on, every pic you have is a super close up. Where are the general broad pictures of the interior?
I guess that will be your argument when computers are driving out cars 100% and we are playing on our iPhones reclined in a seat?
Because liking a Tesla, and supporting the electric car movement is essentially digging your own grave if you like those other cars you have mentioned. Once these electric cars become automated and take over you can kiss driving those other cars away because insurance companies will price you out of driving your own…
I’m sorry, i’m sure you are a great person and i’m not trying to put you down but liking a single gear, quiet, electric car is the complete opposite of being a car guy. Its like telling a watch guy that you are a watch guy because your apple watch does more and tells better time than his automatic movement, most of…
