I agree with you BrtStlnd, it could be. Yet it is not and rightfully should not be on this list, this list is not about potential.

Yeah it handles great but do you really think that it's better than a 911?

Are you serious? So because it's expensive it's not a racecar? Where do you get your logic, if you knew more about the car you would understand it's price. It's an engineering marvel, the LFA's purpose was to show what Lexus/Toyota is capable of.

I disagree, for a rwd, front engine car it did great

Why not make a V6 or turbo option. What planet are you from? Just because the Genesis and Mustang have rwd doesn't make them the same car by any means. Please let's keep the commentary intelligent

Rally racing is not safer than driving to work. Its about the percentages. You must compare the fatalities to the total number of participants.

Actually it is about the numbers, look at the weight of the Elise. Does the Elise even know what torque is?. And I had a friend with a 944 n/a and it was slow as shit, he got creamed by a stock S13. That 150 mph top speed tells me nothing about it's performance.

I agree that 300hp may be too much as far as balance goes. But 200 just doesn't cut it. Today I saw a Scion Tc commercial in which they boldly displayed "180 hp" across the screen, are you kidding me?

I agree with the low hood necessitating the boxer four, but what was the rest of your comment about? This isn't "How engines work", but thank you anyway.

What transmission does the FR-s use? does it's EJ block share the same tranny bolt pattern as Wrx transmissions? Will WRX owners be able to use the rwd tranny? If there is a lot in common with WRX's then expect to pay through the ass for parts.

Then it should of had a Yamaha engine.

I think the car will have low weight for today's standards, but remember it's a rwd sports car not a fwd econobox that happens to be sporty. The term "sports car" may be an overstatement due to the lack of power but I think there will be a faster version, especially because of the rwd. Toyota has invested too much

All we need is a 300hp STI motor in there.

Why don't wider tires have a bigger contact patch??

Maybe you would be if it didn't say AMG on the cluster, and if the C63 hadn't been plastered all over Jalopnik recently.

It just wasn't asked yet.

LOL kudos

While that sounds really nice, the placement of the motor suggests that too many modifications would have to be done to make this an option. Not to mention that it would shit all over the Impreza STI.

LOL!
