Wow TayTay’s house is so boring I actually think a little less of her as an artist lol. I had hope at that whimsical staircase entrance, but YAWN. I have more books in my living room than she has in her “library”. All the money in the world and it looks like a Pier One humped a Crate and Barrel.

Do we say yay or nay on Puffed Sleeves?

I totally don’t understand that characterization of Rachel either. I thought they were great together, and she was a well-written character with depth and personality. I hope she pops back up in season 2.

I really enjoyed S1 so I hope they keep it up for S2.

What I noticed amongst my friends was that most of my POC friends loved the show, while most of my white friends were ambivilent at best, dislike at worst. I’ve been asked to explain why it’s good to my white friends and part of me wanted to say “Maybe this show just isn’t for you. Not everything is for you.”

I thought that the episode of them moving in together and becoming comfortable was the most realistic presentation of a relationship I’ve seen on TV. I really liked watching them as a couple.

Why do we think Rachel was boring?

Former FAA rulemaker here- Actually it’s not safe to hold a child of any age in your lap when flying. The safest thing is for a small child to be in an air travel approved child seat. This is your first kid, isn’t it?

This grown-ass lady made herself a goddamn unicorn dress. And wore it to work.

That scene had me going from “oh god he’s gonna rape and kill her” to “bwahahaha Eric’s Northman’s plastic schlong” in no time. But I really do want him to win an Emmy or something.

I hope you allow me to say that as a Mexican immigrant with undocumented relatives: there is absolutely no silver linning on her not being in the White House.

Too many women, especially women of color, have had a lifetime of practice taking precisely these kinds of indignities in stride,” Clinton said.

That’s kind of a disturbing way to talk to someone.

I think she (assuming exile is a she) is correct though - pyramid schemes are more often targeted at women via social media, both because they’re a more likely target market for the products (which are often clothing and beauty products) and more likely to be stay at home parents who can be recruited via promises of

One of the many ways men are privileged over women is they don’t deal with the same constant bombardment of the-not-quite-Ponzi-scheme-but-somehow-even-more-awkward LulaRoe/Scentsy/Roden+Fields/body wrap sales pitches from high school classmates on Facebook.

I just finished The People vs. OJ Simpson this weekend (I’m late to the party, I know) and I was surprised at how much I didn’t know. Then I remembered that I was in 8th grade during this circus show and I cared more about cheerleading and Weezer than the details of some high profile murder case. That being said, it
