Front end stolen right off an IQ, but with a manual transmission....I wants it! (assuming they're also dealt with the "golf cart-like" ride quality and handling.
An "entry level" car I can believe in. Bravo Mazda!
When I started out as a teen gear head, my dad talked me into buying a '74 260Z we found in a barn. Best decision ever. Great car to develop handling skills in + easy enough to work on just about every component. Decent following means parts are available + chances are you'll even get to learn how to do some bodywork…
Because what the front end of a fuel-sipping "sporty" econocar needs is more drag. I gave up on Honda when they killed the hatch (and S2k). -fact
We had a Villager as a company car for a bit when I was a teen. It drove surprisingly car-like (at least, vs the aerostar we had prior)
X1/9 For sure.
So much fighting over so much sand...
This will never happen in the US #becauseliability
They still have those thongs though....those awesome awesome thongs.
Enough with this road relevance nonsense. Want relevance? Give them doors, a roof, and...oh wayt Touring Car....
So, big Scalextric cars. Gotcha.
Stripped out version with a factory multi-point roll-bar.
Again, I never said it was an excuse, nor am I saying that anything that happened there in this context was "good", or done "properly". (I'm sure it should and will be investigated) But this is a seriously dangerous sport. Full stop. Arguably even more so on a bike. Doubly so at Pikes Peak where some *spectators* are…
I didn't say it was an excuse, but it is a factor at most events. Have you seen their financials? Do you know where the money they get is spent? The costs of running such events are enormous. Their budget may be less than you think. I'm not saying an investigation isn't warranted. But I don't know a single HC…
I compete in hillclimbs in a formula car. In my experience, few competitors are expecting the kind of response times and emergency services that they would get at a regular track. The logistics just don't make it realistic (even on most *much* shorter hills), and even if possible, funding at that level usually isn't…
Still laughing at "chap-wearing dentists"....
