Id bet a good carpenter would custom build most of the interior for around 5g. And a good off road shop would do the outside for $10g. +$10g for base vehicle. $25g all in! Ha. That's totally a guess though. Ball parking it in my brain.

Buy a used, high roof cargo/work van and do the conversion yourself. I'd bet you'd come in at way under $50g
