Nah. Couldn't have been driving that way for more than a mile or 2. If he had been driving on the highway, there is an underpass about 1km back, and if he just got on the highway on the on ramp before hand there's power lines/other bridges etc he woulda hit first.

so is the whole skyway closed, or just northbound? I've seen them open up the south bound bridge to north and southbound traffic in the past. 2 lanes one way, 2 the other. And how bout the lakeshore road below with the lift bridge? Closed I'm guessing.
