Ya you're right, popped into my head late last night, it would probably flex too much.
bigger on top than the bottom? It's not. But if it was, it's still easy to find the centre balance point and balance the load, instead of having a crazy high centre of gravity. Probably would have chained down easier too.
ya it looks like it would have been way easier to tow that way and hardly too wide.
Hoooly fuck. That's one of the most gorgeous Panteras I have ever seen!!
Any description of what they had to do to modify the suspension? Or was this just a first time out preliminary test to see what needs adjusting/redesigning.
ha very true. I was on it the other day in the Pickering area, doing 130 and felt slow compared to everyone.
this didn't JUST happen, they're just referring to the relevant section on their website.
They won't do it. With all the power that the 918 puts out without having a flat-8, that tech will easily trickle down. And think, by the time this car comes out, supercar engines will have come so much further and be an amazing mix of hybrid technologies they won't need to bother with a flat 8
Probably costs way less than a million too
I wish I had a link, just heard it through word of mouth. Which might mean that through the grapevine, the news changed from BC to a rumor about ontario. Although the details about which highways were going to be affected makes me feel like it's real
I just heard, over the weekend, they were going to be doing this in ontario. Not on the QEW but kn the 401 and some others. Anyone know any truth to this?
not only were they in the movie but I think the line was "what kind of cars are those?! They look so scary!!"
Why aren't any of the new muscle cars on this list? The new camaro, corvette and challenger make more than a few of these that made it.
ya. Couple of weeks ago
They may as well since there's no SRT Ram anymore. Do they still make the dodge Dakota? This hellcat motor would be even better in that, because lightness.
I can only imagine how amazing those jets would sound from the ground flying through those valleys
it's the rear coil over. You can see it just dangling there as soon as they flip the truck back over. Crazy pressure inside there. The white stuff is just oil if I remember correctly, vaporized.
If this was mine, I'd leave that engine cover off and stare at that sexy LS motor all day. And then I'd die, from not watching the road. But at least I'd die happy.
