Most other devices out there have fairly obvious utility though. Smartphones and laptops are two major groups, both with the ability to load various apps to use on the go. ipads have always seemed to just use that vague middle ground, without any functional framework to fall back on.

The specs are getting more and more impressive, but I'm still waiting for someone to explain what I would possibly want to do with the thing.

How would playing as a species normally reserved for another class possibly, in any way, affect gameplay?

I hadn't until just now. Other than linking to "the full story", the last Kotaku article didn't mention it at all. The focus was pretty clearly on the phrase "rape that bitch". I originally thought it was ridiculous to call sexual harassment over that.

So...what exactly have they been saying? The article earlier this week quoted the phrase "rape that bitch", which in my opinion is a phrase pretty commonly accepted to mean "defeat them thoroughly".

I find these constant discussions of correctness and what sort of comments are acceptable/unacceptable to be roughly equally as offensive as the comments themselves.

So that's why longer, more expansive games like say a traditional RPG cost twice as much money to buy? Because there's so much more content? And short games that you can finish in a single afternoon always launch for a fraction of the price?

The Cerberus Network was annoying enough to fight used sales, but now to get into DLC I need to not only buy the game new, but the Collector's Edition new?
