Just put a big list of headlines on the main page like there used to be. The side bar is fine for me when I want to jump from article to article, but the lack of pictures and text is far worse for browsing. Instead of putting in articles listing recent articles as you've started doing, just make it the default page

@TheFamous1: You can never carry more than 6! The rest are on his PC

xbox360 here. Was Demon's Souls overly plot driven? Anything I'd probably want to know before picking this up?

I'd say its the 80 hours of gameplay for a story that would better fit in 20-30. I've enjoyed a few JRPGs, I'm all for the plot and the style, but I find I just run out of patience for them.

His shadow makes this look really creepy for some reason

So skip the super-lame achievements that are clearly just there to kill time. Achievements like "finished the storyline" or "on the highest difficulty" are things we already do when exploring a game. They don't tell you how to play the game, but they let you display to your friends how you play the game

I stopped reading when you said the writers of Lost seemed to know where they were headed

@Teh Dokter!: They explain that in the opening sequence.

I've never played WoW. Does it look like he's playing the game relatively effectively? Controls are no good if they don't get the job done as well as a mouse

Now playing

How did I just now learn of this movie?! I feel like one of you should have told me about it ages ago. Somebody dropped the ball

I can't wait to see this!

What are these "obvious reasons" for excluding Canada? We've been paying way more for our games all along too. It's only recently that prices have started coming down to your level.

Here's what I carved this week

I can't decide what to carve into my pumpkin this year. I'd like to do a somewhat elaborate project, but I just don't have any ideas.

I'd be curious to see how these numbers change if you exclude all the people who play for less than say, 10 hours or so. I imagine lots of people pick these up and play briefly before never going back to them.

@Ueziel: Moving and shooting don't work well at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I like the faster pace of the combat, but the fixed camera angles often make it awkward to see where all my enemies are, and accurately go after the ones I want to.

@icarus212001: The moment she described her old commander as a father figure was the moment I wanted her to stop talking about him. That buzzword may have come to mind more easily than another because of other coverage I've read, but it still stems from the same dialogue.

Really not enjoying Other M so far. I've never been a huge Metroid fan, but I'm familiar enough to think the emo daddy-issues back story is pretty painful to sit through. Several times already I've found myself saying "ugh, Samus, please stop talking".

@Xenigma: I've decided the 360 is lying on the ground on the other side of the TV. It's there! Honest!
