Only stipulation is that my transportation is paid for to get up there.

That has occurred to me... That is not something I could easily address though. =\

Hm, Europe and the US is apples to oranges, however the US could definitely learn from it's fellow man across the pond.

I say tweet it to him. He may or may not see it, it's the thought that counts.

Ahh, so it has oddities that you get used to instead of just being a cow.

3rd: Oh really? Veeerryyy interesting! A few of the people who actually rode those rigs said that the 60's/70's vintage - the ones I adore - handle like cows and are cruiser bikes. The 60's 4 speed trannies also have a tendency to go into false neutral.

At this point of time I am super leery of the car.

This is one of the rare cases I would say "Fuck yeah, let's dance!"

It's a rig that isn't common knowledge back in Europe, and especially over here.

My heart goes out to the Volvo C303. If they would still make them, we could actually get those buggers for a half-way decent price. It would be epic!

The comrades from eastern Europe/Russia would like to have a word with you. :P

Congratulations on the COTD man!

I was going to write "Why can't people just grab some chairs or something and wait in line?", however that's ridiculous, especially in the local weather.

Slow? Really? Compared to a 350 or something?

Damn it, the Vanagon is a slush... Ugh.

Another vote for Richard Burns Rally.

Back when we were "regularly" changing the fleet a few years ago - read between 2003 - 2007 - I was the big researcher for cars to see what would be a good rig for mom.

So this article made me do two things.

Problem is that a lot of pizza places want you to have your own vehicle, so people drive what they have. Of course this means that the pizza van could be anything from an econobox to an F250 and above.
