Yes!
Yes!
De Dumbass just wanted to live in NY.
No miles no want. That thing is a giant paper weight as it sits - I would almost dare the new owner to try and drive it as is but that would be mean to the car.
Viper, end thread!
That’s one of the best looking wagons ever!
GET RID OF THE PLASTIC UNDERPANTS!!!
All fair points but at least you get something in return; unmatched off-road ability. Not that most people are going off-road, just knowing they can is enough.
The Viper didn’t get ABS until 2001 and if I recall correctly the gen5 car (2013+) was the first to have stability control. Basically these types of features were only added to the car as they became required by law. The Viper always was a car designed for the most difficult but most effective mod; the Driver Mod.
Kicking ass from the grave is a sign of true greatness!
Yamaha rules, that is all.
Angry eyes on Wranglers.
This is the beauty of the Vette and the Viper that a lot of people don’t understand; for their level of performance they are stupidly reliable and cheap to run. If I bought a car at that performance level I most definitely would want it to work properly.
Truth! The 3.6 is a great engine and frankly doesn’t get the love it deserves. Any engine that can perform so well in such a wide range of applications AND survive years and years of being slammed around off-road is a great engine!
I get the desire to mod a vehicle but I suspect that most people don’t realize just how capable even a non Rubicon Wrangler is bone stock. The first mod that’s needed for any Wrangler owner that wants to wheel is the Driver Mod. Grats to you on realizing your Jeep’s potential!
A Jeep and a truck is exactly what’s in my driveway!
How difficult was it to give back? (Obviously a question for the end of your time with this awesome, amazing, perfect machine!)
The JK will remain with us for a long time! My wife’s Winter Edition enjoying a custom parking spot!
I almost barfed reading about “The Swan”. Had no idea that was a thing but hey! If you’re willing to make reality TV shows out of pregnant teenagers then anything is game!
This so much! Sure there’s the occasional buttface on the trail but that’s usually somebody being frustrated with themselves for messing up in some fashion. I haven’t been out in far too long and I loved that pretty much anybody is not only willing to help but a lot of times you don’t even need to ask!
In short: A car culture documentary done by non car culture people. The issues presented here are exactly what I would expect to see from such an effort.
