Henry didn’t care about anybody. He paid those wages to create a larger buying pool for his cars. Works out great when you essentially recoup those wages in terms of profit and market share.
While it seems a stretch the Spirit R/T was on par with a Mustang GT of the same era and came with a usable back seat and a real trunk. Despite not being a hatchback the Spirit R/T is FWD and would run away from a Focus ST in a drag race.
Brah, the earth can still be a circle AND FLAT! DER! What’s up now Brah?!
Wait - you mean I have to touch a screen?!
Joke went over your head I think.
Dude when I was 16 I was the most amazing and skilledz driver there has ever been! HOLD MY SURGE AND WATCH THIS!!!
This happened to my wife recently. Got rear ended by a 17 year old idiot screwing around with a phone.
I get the spirit of your comment, but the reality is you can be at a dead stop at a light and still get whacked by an idiot (happened to my wife recently).
This all the way; my wife was stopped at a red light and got rear ended by a 17 year old dipshit screwing around with a phone. It would be amazing if we only had to look after our own driving but alas that’s not the case.
“Why isn’t it pointy?”
I thought it was never go full fucktard.
Snooze. When a human (albeit Some of the strongest humans in the world) can tow a C-130 any car could manage this.
You got me there!
No.
1st gen Neon in particular was awesome! It absolutely caught the imports with their pants down in the performance department; it was king of the SCCA for quite a long time.
So you’ve never owned a US brand and yet know all these things about them. To answer your question yes, there are globally competitive vehicles from the big 3. Not every model from all 3 are top of class but that’s also true for the European and Japanese brands as well.
100% agree with them being overpriced.
Bro, just add like, all the steering stabilizers Bro!
Don’t forget solid axle also puts WAY less stress on shock bodies. Filthy Offroad has the sciences to back that up.
