Oh man your first point all the way.

I hear you on power to weight - I used to have a bike myself and I’ve spent time on some serious sport bikes such as a Suzuki 1000S and a GSX-R 750 (who hasn’t?)

I’ve lived slow car fast, or as some put it, a handling car. It’s boring. 250 - 300hp is right about where a car can actually stay interesting.

Foose is an incredible talent no doubt, however the “Foose Fade” paint job is getting rather old.

For what it’s worth, I went to the Elio pop up they had last week in Pontiac MI. I’ve been following the company for a long time, and I have to say the vehicle they had on display is a vast improvement over previous prototypes. Honestly it’s extremely close to looking production ready.

HERE COME THE STICKERS AND BODY KITS!!! BRACE!!!

The Model 3 will likely be a flop. Skipping soft tooling is not going to end well, especially from a company with many production issues in the first place.

Thanks! *fist bump*

I had myself a blubbering rage for days after Buick unveiled their wagon and completely ruined it with all that horrid, awful, tacky, grotesque plastic underwear they put on it.

Star for “rapacious”!

Crying tears of joy that an automotive journalist has FINALLY addressed this issue!

I need this explained to me in the Cars universe!

What? Did you say something?

Well... yes. It’s your thing now. The Thing You Do! You do you!

He’s in grad school. A very different experience from under grad school.

The issue is everything surrounding the indestructible, the legendary, the amazing, the given from on high mightiest of all suck bang blower, engine.

What?

Honestly this could be the ticket. There’s a real risk of a car that cheap crapping out and requiring a large repair that slaughters the 5K budget.

Sure - if you already own a JK (the sales numbers suggest that you do) then it’s still a lot cheaper to convert than buy a whole new Wrangler.
