I CAN’T HEAR YOU I CAN’T HEAR YOU! I honestly can’t because the ACR is so loud!

Lots of people bought one... once they learned it was going out of production. Sadly you speak the truth of typical Viper sales.

It is a massive shame, and if it does come back I’m afraid it’ll be on some shared platform rather than its own. :(

No no no noooooo!!!!

... winning every track day for the foreseeable future.

I skipped straight to the bottom to click Crack Pipe. This is way past crack pipe though; it’s like doing bath salts while on meth shooting heroin.

It’s not your backyard, its your landlord’s backyard, and you’re wildly lucky they’re okay with it. That said tearing up somebody else’s yard without consent isn’t cool and I wouldn’t be bragging about it on the internet.

But the R8 does the trifecta very well; luxury, performance, and GT duty. I’m glad you brought it up - it’s a prime example of a high dollar machine actually being worth the price.

Your old sport bike only wins in a straight line, and at least you’ll admit that the GTS doesn’t make sense due to the price tag.

You buy an M4 GTS for the performance, why else would you? So based on that it’s a very slow track car for the money and a way overpriced GT car. Either you get an ACR or a GT3 at the same price or you get an excellent GT car for roughly half the price such as a 718 Cayman s or dare I say a Grand Sport with the Z07

Thanks for the response! I feel like the answer here is 718 Cayman S.

Obviously a V8 1LE but yeah the M4 GTS doesn’t even begin to approach 120k - 130k levels of performance. Talk about an embarrassing track day!

A Camaro 1LE beat it at Laguna Seca. The M4 GTS is a huge fail at its price.

And yet it got beat by a Camaro 1LE for what, about a third of the price? You buy this car for the performance and it doesn’t even come close to delivering 120k plus worth of performance. Heck a freaking ACR is a very similar price and would murder this car on any track. This car in this flavor at least is a fail.

Poor soul - they’re way more rare than that!

While dumping and writing off a bike is always a possibility, owing a lot of money on a learning bike isn’t a good idea.

You’ll notice I left the Pentastar V6 out of it. It’s an awesome engine, I would argue it’s the best one they make.

So happy to see someone else here who gets that money in the pocket is what really counts in terms of continuous development. Not sales, not revenue, but good old fashioned profit.

He was great right at the beginning but the floundering taking place at this point is ridiculous.

Neutral: As wild as some of FCA’s recent projects may be, it’s time to stop playing with crazy toys are start working on “boring” stuff again. The Dodge lineup in particular is in dire straights. With the death of the Dart and Avenger the gaps in their lineup are huge; no compact car, no midsize car, and no compact
