They had timed rights for what EA offered them....Which was an Xbox port. There is no proof, whatsoever, that this game has been developed for Windows.

But it's not. The game is made by Popcap and published by EA, Microsoft have nothing to do with it.

This is still technically a 3DS. It isn't a new hardware cycle. This is basically the DSi line of the 3DS. Just like the DSi it has some improvements that allow it to have games that only run on it.
