at first I was like, ok, nothing to see here... then I spotted the filler cap and tail light.

its actually a pretty safe weak spot at that, straight up its only a danger to low flying aircraft unless your on a busy road. Remember kids, Nitro is a no-no in a road car, keep it on the track.
rolling a car is onething, rolling a 2VC is impressive, those things are pretty flat on either side, getting one to roll is a pretty damn impressive feat.
this Is PERFECT for a resto job and at 3.5K it'd be a nice price at 5k, this is what I'd want in a starter Resto project, shame I live in the uk, Importing one in good nick is fine but one that needs work possibly other than paint and fabric, parts would have to be imported too, making this a nightmare project for me…
those are uk plates i think.
No matter how small the job, I'm happy to do it, Right now I'm taking classes as a car mechanic and looking to Get into classic car restoration and paint detailing, From Building a 20 quid pair of speakers to putting an ikea desk together consisting of 6 parts to rebuilding an engine, I take pride in all my work…
I've yet to buy a logitech, I'm using a razer deathadder at the moment and I couldnt be happier with the purchase but that G600 does look as sturdy as a rock and if its anything like other logitech products it probably is, my Logitech X140 2.0 desk speakers I picked up for £14.99 are better than some of the Creative,…
I'm guessing lasers and glass dont mix well? I never really played around with lasers and glass but the heat would possibly shatter/crack the glass and the reflection of the lasers would bounce everywhere(remember your protective glasses people)
pull that stick out of your backside, this has nothing to do with "form over function" the whole point of these types of projects is the Build, not the form, not the function, just the object as a whole, once its fully assembled and it works(regardless of how well it works), Its built and you(not you I'm guessing)…
it could ruin your existence if a big lump of concrete gets pinged at you from a highspeed impact.
I get the feeling, its why i'm taking courses to become a mechanic, there were detailing and bodywork classes out there but I opted for the most practical, though I might just take them at a later date, it must be nice to be left alone working on small details and bringing them together as a whole.
I'd love to get into this line of work, it looks so serene.
Its not even that sadly, if it really were down to cinema, then it'd be a lot easier find one in the paint and trim I'd like, to make things worse(easier maybe...) I live in the uk and you talking 6K(GBP) for a decent, unspoiled 86 if your not fussy about paint and trim... my second option would be a TE71, maybe…
true but this is the 'nerdy' way, and personally its well worth it on a car of that age, just a shame it doesnt have the original paint, I'd love to see the detailing process on a 60 year old paint job.
AE86's arent cheap, unless you're looking at a Riced out high miles one and even then the sellers are retards and think its still worth a lot after its been ruined.
I'd probably do the same thing, stuck out in the middle of nowhere, waiting for rescue, the way the cars stuck too, its gonna take all night to get unstuck and not to mention the chance of fluid spillage, those rocks look sharp.
I've been lucky enough to have avoided ME, Vista and I'll be avoiding 8 BAD
Riveting stuff...
You mean you dont strip when your ill? shit even if I get the flue and my ass is freezing I'm only just about wearing my underpants...
