I know you want her first because she's hosting, but what if you had:
Or like when you buy a home, but then after a while that home doesn't actually fit your needs any more, like you need to move closer to work or you really need off-street parking or you and your home realise that you've grown apart and even though you loved each other once you need to move on so you can live truly…
At our core, aren't we all sort of like a man wandering the streets looking for a house to live in? Which is to say, dicks?
I think I'm still stuck in the greys so no one will see this clarification but this had nothing to do with celebrity nudes. It's a completely fabricated connection between the Trend Micro warning and the the Spark DDOS. News sources keep linking this to the nudes scandal because yay clicks, but it's really about…
Canada drives me mental because it's inconsistent. I moved here three years ago and I still scowl when I see that I can buy wine in "6oz, 9oz, 500ml, 750ml". Some imperial measurements are common enough that I have a sense of scale to them - foot, inch, pound - but I had no sense of what an ounce was until a friend…
At the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto they have Friday Night Live events that are 19+ and involve drinking pretty much anywhere in the museum except in some bits where drunk people spilling stuff would seriously damage exhibits. It's awesome. I would live drunk in the museum if I could.
Yeah, it's definitely an option and I also often collaborate with my sister/mum so I just send them money. But there's something about wrapping Christmas gifts that I really love... it brings out my well-buried-under-years-of-practiced-bitterness nostalgic side.
I have to finish my Christmas shopping and wrapping and mailing within the next two weeks because Canada Post took 10 weeks to deliver the last thing I sent home to New Zealand. It took 14 weeks for last year's Christmas gifts to arrive.
I'm a tucker and Mr Penguin is a member of the Free Feet Brigade. We knot the corner on my side so he can't untuck it in his sleep, but leave his side untucked. Compromises! The bitter glue of a long term relationship.
I like this one because it also sort of doubles back on itself at the end. Loki was on Thor's side then, but was he really on Thor's side or was it all to serve his own purposes?
Spinoff proposal: Andy and April have to move in with Donna because [sitcom reason].
I concur. She is simultaneously the best part of the show and criminally underused.

That was my reaction to anyone saying they would go back further than the 80s. "Oh you must be a straight, white man."
I moved to Toronto three years ago and love it so much! I highly recommend joining a bunch of meetups (meetup.com) because the people that go are already interested in meeting new people. I'd also go the temp agency route so you're earning asap rather than running through your savings while you hope for something good…
The best stories are from people who camp in kea territory. They will completely unlace boots, unzip tents, and yeah, pull the rubber off your car. Tiny hooligans.
They're really only in caves... better those than Australia's spiders!
Maybe? I'm from New Zealand.
Skipping class.
