I must say I am pleased by all the hate here for fb and the people who don't use it because of privacy concerns and etc. I seriously think I am the only one who does sometimes for the legion of people around the world who use it everyday.

Yep, you hit all the nails on the head of why I no longer have a fb account either. I deleted mine 6 years ago this year, and I haven't looked back, except to see articles scattered online of all the BS changes for the worse fb has made since I deleted my account and it just reinforces why I am glad I did.
Aye. Not only am I allergic, but this article primarily illustrates all the reasons why I will never have any pets, or kids for that matter.
I live paycheck to paycheck and I also have a hard time deciding what to eat, but when I do, my mind is pretty much made up at that point.
I don't have a happy life, nor do I desire happiness. However, there is spending that calms my nerves and anxiety, and these days it is paying bills and the rent. I find that being responsible goes a long way to helping that.
Where I live in the suburbs walking really isn't a feasible option unless it is Spring or Summer.
No, it's called living paycheck to paycheck and I literally buy nothing that isn't already on my shopping list so I can still afford gas, bills, and rent.
Some of us live paycheck to paycheck and since we live in a state where we can be ticketed and even have our license suspended without car insurance, MI, the cheapest option is our only option. I work with folks who drive without it because they cannot afford it on top of all their other personal expenses. The only…
I recently got my food stamps cut and I happen to work at Walmart and in my area they are not the cheapest on anything, even with my employee discount, so I shop elsewhere and I have a master list written down on what thing is cheaper where and that is how I save money.
Doesn't work on me. I only pick up what I bought and leave. The only time I buy something else is when I have a list of other things I need to get.
You may not know your severance package or other benefits. Contact your state's unemployment office they can tell you the current formula for benefits. If you set aside the money and don't lose your job, of course, you're no worse off—you've just added to your emergency fund or saved some extra for retirement.
That probably won't work these days too well seeing as I have tried that before. What you have to do to get a lower rate with Comcast is wait until the last month's bill on the cheap part of the promotion is due and pay it and then when the next month's bill comes with the more expensive service, renegotiate your…
If you're having difficulty losing weight, or you're a lazy person like I am and you aren't interested in eating healthier or exercising, try portion control.
Your better off just leaving them as coworkers and leaving it at that. It isn't just retail, it's alot of different types of industries that have workplaces where people can't keep their fucking mouths shut or mind their own goddamned business.
I can vouch for a smaller one called PTel Mobile. I have great service with them and I bought a candybar phone with no data that only costs $10 for 60 days of service and is only $.05/minute and $.02/text.
Yeah I can vouch for this. I have Medicaid and I went to see the closest dentist near me, which was about 5 minutes away, the rest of them are all in the large city and that's about a half hour away and I can't afford the gas. It has also been 13 years since I was last at the dentist because of a lack of health…
Glad I'm not the only one. Bounty is too expensive for my budget and the local store brand, Meijer, sells full sheet paper towels but only in 6 packs. I can either afford Sparkle or Bounty Basic, and Bounty Basic is fucking terrible, but Sparkle is okay for what it is.
While not entirely ideal for some words, a computer voice will simulate offensive or derogatory words in place of a clip.
Tomorrow is my first day off in a week and I am not celebrating with family. I am taking Christmas as a 'me' day this year since everything is closed, and I will be staying home and watching movies and playing video games and getting up for nothing other than bathroom breaks and eating.
This article solidifies a big part of the reason why I left FB in the first place, in addition to not really getting much out of it, the site's stances on censorship and the posting of adult material, and also allowing people I didn't want to hear from again to easily find me. It was in 2010 I deleted mine and haven't…
