I was working in IT in a Tier 1 Helpdesk capacity, but I seem to have hit a wall. I have returned to retail for the time being to focus on getting some stable employment. Whether or not I return to IT in the future remains to be seen.

A couple of years ago, I opted for a regimen of eating less of this and more of that. It requires willpower, moderation, and portion control. It doesn't cost extra, doesn't require changing what I eat drastically, and allows me to drink all the pop/soda I want.

Not to mention affecting the price of your auto insurance (at least it is in my state), and your ability to get a job.
