Yeeeeeah, Black Clover...

Nice idea, but gadzooks the main character is the most utterly obnoxious thing I’ve ever had the curse of listening to. For once, the dub may actually be better, if only because they’re not as likely to have the actor scream out every little word like somebody with a severe mental tick.

Just some two cents in response to #1.

Uh, seeing as we actually see the eyes constantly. No, that is vastly more distracting and unsettling than a character being abnormally chesty. Whats more, as rare as it is, at least the later does sometime happen in natures, eyes that big generally don’t. (Yes I know she’s a robot, but that doesn’t change how we

Nope, it isn’t. Thanks for playing though.

Thankfully, Undertale has managed to avoid this issue. Mostly because Toby Fox more or less okayed any fan-merch that wasn’t sold in mass numbers on sites like Amazon.

Granted, a quick Amazon search will reveal tons of cheap knock-off merch. Most of which is using fan-art and even fan-fiction without getting written

Using a Japanese name as a pseudonym isn’t racist. Racism, implies a negative view of a race other than your own. If a statement or action implies nothing negative about a race, then it isn’t racist. End of story.

That doesn’t prevent something from being, “tone deaf,” or in some cases, “discriminatory,” but those are

Yeah, you know what, there’s nothing they can say to make this better. You don’t lie to your customers, period. These decisions have been so absurdly scummy that it’s hard to believe anybody thought they’d be okay, even for a second!

Honestly, I kinda feel bad for Bungie here. Because It was almost certainly Activision

......The heck is wrong with you people?

It took me a whopping two seconds to find that kitty. I mean, I don’t intend to sound smug or anything, but for crying out loud it’s just right there!

Careful, or I might start talking about another JRPG where a goat made me cry. ;)

Translation: “It’s essentially true, but we’re going to cover it in a lot of fluff and faux-nuance, to make it seem more complicated.”

Basically, this guy didn’t like the direction EA wanted to take PopCap games, so a big red bullseye was on him during lay-off season. There’s really no need to dress it up more than

There’s no such thing as an inherently racist art style, you nitwit.

Ugh, more tripe!

Seriously, I didn’t even vote for the guy, and I’m already sick and tired of these hacks using their villains as an analogy for Trump. Not only is it an extremely, tired, lazy, and hyperbolic direction to take your fiction, but it also dooms your story to being dated in possibly only a handful of years.

Actually, it’s not just the female characters. The male characters are also utterly devoid of body hair. Depicting body hair that’s more detailed than a decal would require using more polygons. Final Fantasy XIV tends to be extremely thrifty with those.

The fact that you can’t see how these moments relate to Tony Stark’s character arc, demonstrates that you have a very poor grasp on good storytelling. You’ll never admit that of course because you’re far too busy marching for your little pet cause.

BTW: You’re arguing with somebody that actually has actually written

You clearly have a poor grasp on how people think because it isn’t at all complicated how Iron Man’s womanizing relates to his character arch.

People almost universally associate womanizing and sleeping around in general, with irresponsible behavior. Therefore, the scene that displays Tony Stark’s womanizing further

This really isn’t that complex. So far, whenever a LBGTQ character has been shown in a more mainstream film, it’s been quick, subtle, and not satisfying for the audience that wants that sort of thing. The writer of this article itself complains about just that right in this article.

So, what are the options here? You

If you’re going to tackle it at all, why not wait until you can do it justice?

No, I saw that. But, it would’ve been such a weak and poorly shoehorned character moment, that I didn’t think it worth entertaining.

After all, it’d be such a, “blink and you miss it moment,” that I don’t think it would’ve satisfied anybody.

Being a womanizer is discarded because Stark grows past his rampant irresponsible behavior. That’s his entire character arc in that film, and if you missed it then you must not have been paying attention.

As for why it matters that Valkyrie is a secondary character. It’s because she gets less screen time, and the story

That’s a very poor argument, and I think you know it.
