Whoops, this is why you shouldn’t submit things late in the day. I meant that biology was more complex than statistics, not physics.

Basically, a statistical analysis of longevity is bound to be flawed, because biology is more complex than physics. Now, if you found a biological factor that limits age, then you could call it the definitive age limit.

“More than one instrument.”

Yes please! Seriously, Setsuna’s soundtrack was amazing at first but quickly became grating because every, track, used the same, blasted, instrument! I love piano pieces, but you some little diversity to prevent those sorts of tracks from becoming completely monotonous.

Not really. With Gift, you’re subtracting a letter, with Gin you’re making a substitution. To make a substitution, you need to both do more work and make more assumptions.

Therefore a one letter subtraction is closer in terms of spelling. I will grant you that gin has a closer pronunciation to GIF when spoken with a

The closest real word to GIF in the english language is “gift”, which is pronounced with a hard G. Since soft G’s are somewhat rare and there doesn’t appear to be any suitable modifier in GIF, it’s reasonable to similarly assume a hard G there as well.

1: Farenheit 451 doesn’t really need updating.

Yeah, I’m essentially treating the game as if it’s under extended maintenance right now. I log in to do my roulette’s, try to get past that instance a few times, then log out.

It’s not like there’s an actual rush. The raids and whatnot aren’t coming out til July, and the even with those bleeding edge endgame content

It’s also getting a physical release (available from fangamer only,) AND more importantly, it’s getting an official Japanese localization at the same time. Currently, Japanese players need steam, PC’s, and need to be willing to download fan-made translation patch. The fact that the game is so big in Japan despite all

Here’s an idea, why not try to create new iconic female characters, instead of taking male characters and trying to force them to fit the role?

I’m sorry, but so far I haven’t been impressed with any of the attempts to repurpose male characters. It always comes across as making a social-political statement.

Statements

I will admit that making Iron Man so prominent in the film, feels a lot like Sony doesn’t have confidence that Spiderman can sell it alone. I won’t comment on the story since we don’t actually know what it is yet. But this utter lack of confidence doesn’t exactly inspire me.

So in other words, it’s a clueless and clumsily written diatribe that should probably be avoided by people that want to actually enjoy themselves.

Thanks for the warning.

Not many.

For the most part I’ve moved beyond nostalgia, and now crave new things. If pressed, I guess I’d say that I’d like to see Gargoyles rebooted, but only if there was some good talent behind it.

Bingo.

I dabble in storytelling myself. From personal experience, I can tell you that you’re the most likely to go off the rails when you’re trying to do too many things all at once. Good drama needs time to be set up properly.

Rush it, and you’re liable to get a mess that nobody cares about.

Oh jeez, that really is tragic. I may not like the guy’s films, but nobody deserves to go through this kind of pain. Looking at the film separately. Hopefully, between Snyder’s strength with getting good shots, and Joss Whedon’s knack for stressing likable characters, the film ends up being something special.

No, it is basic physics.

What you’re talking about isn’t a new phenomenon. It’s something we’ve known about for ages. When the body thinks it’s starving, it goes into a calorie lock-down mode, where your metabolism is slowed down as much as possible. Yes, this makes keeping the weight off when you’re using ultra

Yes, holy crap this!

Most of these were pretty on the ball, but number 2 was flat out wrong! It’s very basic physics. Our bodies run off energy, calories are a unit to measure the amount of energy you get out of food when it’s digested.

Superior Spiderman was decent, but Marvel took the wrong message from it. It only really worked because it wasn’t really Spiderman, and the story was upfront about that from the get-go.

A few months ago. I couldn’t take the constant disappointment and frustration anymore. I’d certainly like to pick the hobby back up. But, only if only if Marvel decides to stop being crap.

You’re right. I had a mental hiccup there, sorry.

It was decent, that doesn’t mean I want to see the concept repeated ad nauseam.
