Honestly, yeah look I’m going to have to side with Nintendo with this one. I get that people want more female leads in Nintendo games. Honestly though, I think gender-swapping existing characters is a huge cop-out, and it isn’t really fair to the art in question.

Lady-Thor is a good example of this. Despite spending

Ugh, kinda pointless seeing as developers will optimize for the baseline hardware. Most of that horsepower will end up under-utilized.

Also stop focusing on horsepower. Just make or publish good games, dagnabbit!

I’d say the state of Denial. I mean, considering how many people are living there and all that.

In such an instance, “energy rations,” would simply become the defacto currency however. Since, as you pointed out, not everyone in the setting has equal access to every bit of technology, and these rations would be what you needed to gain access.

In this case, I think these disparities are just another example of poor

No, like I said it isn’t. The show would have to go from a clearly capitalist society in one generation, to a completely currency free society driven primarily by altruism and the spirit of adventure by the next generation. Then capitalism pops back up as a sort of underground marketplace in shows after TNG again.

Your response in a nutshell.

You do realize that your argument in this case boils down to, “well, we don’t know so maybe!”

One.

One, that’s one heck of a retcon, seeing as money and economics are referred to more than once or twice. Two, it’s a dumb retcon, seeing as no civilization that got beyond a certain size has been able to escape basic economics, (even the nations founded to escape basic economics weren’t able to get away with it.)

Clearly capitalist in some series, clearly, whatever the heck nonsense TNG was trying to be in others. I’m sorry but overall I’m not a very big fan of Star Trek. I find it to be rather poor sci-fi. Granted, part of that is simple taste. The rather glaring writing errors and inconsistencies don’t help though.

No, no we really can’t. The economics of Star Trek is internally inconsistent, unrealistic, and frequently driven purely by wishful thinking. This is like saying we can learn a lot about human anatomy from watching anime.

You do know that most consumers buy GPU’s that cost between 150 and 300USD riiiiiiight? And in that price range AMD’s beating the pants off them riiiiiiiiight? Look, I’m not trying to be a smart alec here, but, the real high end enthusiast market just isn’t where the market-share is.

I like how every time anyone says that this doesn’t look good, people crawl out the of the woodwork and scream sexism.

Here’s an idea, maybe the film just doesn’t look very appealing to people? The special effects look weird, the jokes don’t look very funny, and the characters are simultaneously not very original and

The two big causes are as follows.

More spoilers

1: Being a bit casual with the spoilers aren’t we?

Yeah, I rather dislike it when people treat the Genocide route as the canon ending. It’s VERY heavily implied not to be, as the TPE is the only ending where you see the full credits.

All that said, dangit, so many spoilers here. <_<;;

Better than Rita’s design, but kinda over the top regardless. As other commenters have pointed out, the new designs are kinda too busy. A little simplification would actually go a long way towards making these more visually appealing.

As is, it’s almost a little hard to look at. There’s TOO much stuff demanding the

Honestly, here’s how I see this playing out.

Well, minions don’t show up in dungeons, and I think they leave when a player engages in overworld combat as well. So for the most part, minions are pretty darn easy to overlook.
