It’s not really apathy for me. VR seems neat enough for certain types of games. I’m just waiting for a killer must have title before I get on the hype train.

You’re intentionally being difficult and argumenative here. I know, what a surprise on the Internet, that sort of thing is completely unheard of there! XD
Yes it can be applied to practically any game, because in my humble opinion a single game shouldn’t sweep nearly every category it’s nominated for. I mean, it’s a big industry, there are an absurd number of well deserving games out there. Seems a bit of a shame for a single game to get so many of the potential…
Okay, I’m going to reiterate again. The freaking heck is up with this Award Shows obsession with Her Story!? I’m willing to give that game some credit for being clever, but that doesn’t mean it should sweep nearly every single category.
Yeaaaaah, watching the IGF now. Some of these games deserve the win but others. <_<;;
“But Nobody Came,” is a rather prominent line of dialogue within Undertale. Also, it’s flipping creepy as heck! XD
First time, try every time? XD
No real surprise sadly. There were some nice ideas here, but alas much of this games development seemed rather aimless if that makes sense. Instead of taking the current formula and changing one or two things, they seemed to want to change the current core formula. Unfortunately they never appeared quite certain how…
Kinda been wondering about that myself actually. Lately whenever I look at games Steam suggests for me I see a ton of games with the words crafting in the description, and I honestly just cannot see the appeal. I don’t know why though, it’s a common enough game play mechanic at this point, what bad experience did I…
I really don’t like culture wars, namely because it always feels like people butting into each others business instead of just dealing with their own various lives. And no I’m not taking sides here!
It’s not really about the horsepower, it’s about having a program that can mimic the hardware. Regardless of the platform it’s going to take work and time to create that. With tablets the work started almost immediately after the various platforms were established, and has been steadily added to ever since. With the…
I still need to see Wolf Children. I might have to end up renting it on Amazon or something. Not on Netflix, Hulu, etc etc etc etc etc...

Just a reminder: I HATE BEARS!
Now I know!
How do you guys get those GamerCat strips a few days early? I mean I know you guys don’t always get them early, but still.
Hopefully not many, and yeah five years is a short sentence, but at least his career is over.
Unreal 4 support would almost have to be a given, assuming the NX is an upgrade over the Wii U at all.
Also I do believe the same leaked report that spilled Pokemon Sun/Moon early may have also mentioned Zelda U also releasing on the NX. I’m going on memory there however.
Yes of course, the NX was mentioned very informally there. The speed at which they backtracked is what’s telling. It’s highly likely Nintendo called them up and told them not to say anything.
Actually Square Enix had mentioned a game they were planning to bring to the NX, but then back tracked. Word was that Nintendo didn’t want them saying anything before the platform was officially announced.
