Just a reminder: I HATE BEARS!
Just a reminder: I HATE BEARS!
Now I know!
How do you guys get those GamerCat strips a few days early? I mean I know you guys don’t always get them early, but still.
Hopefully not many, and yeah five years is a short sentence, but at least his career is over.
Unreal 4 support would almost have to be a given, assuming the NX is an upgrade over the Wii U at all.
Also I do believe the same leaked report that spilled Pokemon Sun/Moon early may have also mentioned Zelda U also releasing on the NX. I’m going on memory there however.
Yes of course, the NX was mentioned very informally there. The speed at which they backtracked is what’s telling. It’s highly likely Nintendo called them up and told them not to say anything.
Actually Square Enix had mentioned a game they were planning to bring to the NX, but then back tracked. Word was that Nintendo didn’t want them saying anything before the platform was officially announced.
Alas, hard-core raiding on FFXIV is kinda a niche (pretty casual friendly game and all that,) So even finding group for the hard-core eight man raid can be pretty tough, depending on your server.
Square Enix is trying to get around this by setting up a cross-server queueing system, so static raid groups don’t all have…
Thing is, I’m pretty sure there are at least some early dev kits out there by now. You wouldn’t have any publishers even considering publishing games for the platform if they didn’t at least know what it looks like, and a few publishers have expressed interest.
Regardless, I think Nintendo’s being careful about…
Leland Yee: Tried to get violent games banned, tried to sell Bazooka’s to terrorists. Thankfully failed on both counts! XD
Eh, even with only a fraction of the sub-base, finding people isn’t a problem. In fact talking to people that came over from WoW, it sounds like finding the people wasn’t the problem with WoW either.
The problem, both in FFXIV and especially in WoW, was finding eight to twenty five people all of whom had similar…
Well, the binding coil asked a bit more from players than not to stand in fire. XD
Oh, the first Alexander Savage raid was INSANE. It took about six weeks for the bleeding edge progression groups to clear it, and groups like these normally clear Wow raids and such after a few weeks. But the developers got the hint it sounds like.
Most the content in FFXIV is really easy actually. The only two tiers of content that actually ask much from players are the Extreme trials and the Hard-Core eight man raids.
There’s a reason why I’m thankful that the hardcore raids in Final Fantasy XIV are only eight man. Even getting eight people together on a regular basis can be an exercise in frustration. XD
Oooooh man, if this is about where you ended your gameplay, I’ve just gotta say.
finding myself largely agreeing with this list.
Aaaaaand thank you for re-opening this particular wound. >_<;;
This season was indeed pretty brutal. <_<;;
All the little pop culture references in FFXIV are always amusing. It looks like they may have even snuck a subtle little Undertale reference into one of the quest descriptions. I mean considering the borderline meme status the phrase, “gonna have a bad time,” has achieved. XD
