Well, a lot of this news is really just marketing, and they NEED to market the game. Still, if they had come out with the size of the game world, that they would have Chocobo racing, fishing, how driving worked, showed a cinematic and new gameplay footage all at once, it would’ve made a much bigger impression.

Yeaaaaah, I’d be okay with complete news droughts concerning 15, if we actually got decent chunks of news every 3-5 months.

Working on an MMO is killer, working in the Japanese game industry is killer, therefore working on Japanese MMOs has just got to be cold blooded murder!

Mmm, that’s part of it. However it’s been weeks since the fight was first cleared and the number of groups to clear it is really, REALLY low still.

I realize these are very different raids but, it took over a month for a group to clear Alexander Savage mode in Final Fantasy XIV.

Yes please. If it means fewer crappy Sonic games I don’t mind them delaying things from time to time.

Dude, no.

Do the Genesis shoes have Blast Processing? How much will that help me on the basketball court?

Sometimes I feel like comic book publishers need a, department of continuity, to bounce things off of before publishing. Not that it’ll happen but sometimes it really does feel like the writers need to be reminded of certain things.

Had such mixed feelings about this show.

Fine, you win Nintendo! YOU SMURFING WIN! I’m buying Mario Maker already, ARE YOU HAPPY!?

Lets see. Mario Maker, Dragon Quest Heroes, Xenoblade, maaaaybe Disgaea 5, haven’t really followed that franchise since, three I think. Not a particularly busy season it’d seem, buuuut these days I prefer not to buy more than I can play anyway.

As frantically as I looked for a route such as this back when the game is new, I REALLY hope they don’t cave on this one.

They look pixelated even on the smaller screens, and it’s not as if all handheld devices have low resolutions. Not dumping on the 3DS, it’s been a wonderful device for me. I’m just saying that in certain regards it’s a bit, long in the tooth so to speak.

The way FFXIV set it up, is that each leg of the upgrade process was a bit different. One required you to go through old dungeuns, others required you to do over world content, others required you to recruit the use of crafters, buy certain upgrade items from auction, or to farm trials for special currency or upgrade

You misunderstand. Leveling up relic weapons aren’t difficult at all, they’re just time consuming. I’d expect WoW to use a similar model, as the idea is to keep players logging in.

Congratulations WoW players, you get to experience the joy and terror of leveling up Relic Weapons, like in FFXI and XIV. Not gonna lie, leveling these up is a LOT of work, but the resulting weapon is usually amaaaaaazing. XD

Eh, 2017 would be shocking to be honest. Once a game is far enough into development for a coherent demo to be made, things tend to speed up considerably. Sure, they’re being coy and all that, but nothing I’ve actually seen here indicates to me that the game is being pushed back again. So I’ll go with my original

Yeeeeeah, this is what happens when an old game doesn’t put out content updates on a somewhat regular basis. WoW doesn’t generate as much hype as it used it, it has competitors, some of which put out content far more regularly, others of which are free. When players work through the content they want to play, and

They needed to wait at least a month. They needed time to work our their messaging, needed time to nail down which console the game was going to appear on, and probably needed to put some distance between themselves and the ShenMue kickstarter, as that likely took up a lot of oxygen.
