indeed.

Not every observation of aesthetic beauty is an invitation for sexually laden commentary. Keep in mind that such commentary makes many people uncomfortable, male and female alike, and that it's irresponsible to disregard the feelings of the people around you in a haphazard manner.

......TMI?

Okay, I've just got to say it.

Chin is just a bit too defined for my taste, it's kinda distracting. Otherwise she's quite fetching.

7: The moment where you push the power button, AND NOTHING WORKS!

Combination of two things I suspect. First, when a development company is bought out some talent tends to jump ship, often that talent proves vital. Second, I suspect a lot of these features end up being design decisions passed down by the publisher, not the developer, so they're not necessarily features that the

To be fair, looking at their last few projects, it's become pretty clear that Maxis had become fairly dysfunctional since being bought by EA. What, with long development times, dropped features, and clumsy implementation of features that weren't dropped.

I never really have any opportunities to practice with chopsticks sadly. No place really uses them around here.

To be fair, I've seen other games mention newly introduced bugs in patch-notes as well. What happens is that they discover said bugs too close to the planned release of the patch to remove them. I would actually say that the blackness problem in video-games is multi-layered.

hmm...

Y'shtola is really popular in Japan for some reason, and to be fair she is one of the more capable charecters in the series.

To be fair, 2009 was pretty early development, but, that's still a REALLY long time to be developing one game.

To be fair, the development of Everquest Next has taken a long, LONG time, and it still doesn't have a release date. I think this is the big flaw with SoE, they seem to first change projects several times over before settling on a, "final," design, they they keep it in Alpha for ages and ages.

I believe Square Enix has continued contracting out work for FFXIV, but if I remember correctly, they stopped contracting out work for things like models and script, and mostly just contract out back-end stuff.

I mostly just write for fun, so it wasn't really practical to seek out a real expert on the culture, for what was most likely going to be a, "for funsies," project. Still, thoughts like this can derail the creative process very easily.
