It’s the day after a Bar Mitzvah with the New York branch of the family. I am looking forward to a nice leisurely drive home by myself. Stop and Rein’s, maybe. But during the Sunday brunch I am informed that my never married aunt is not feeling well, so I am to drive her and my widowed aunt back to Boston.
