There is also a really great episode of the British crime drama "A Wire In the Blood" where the main character (a forensics psychologist) has a stalker suffering from de Clérambault's syndrome. It's very well portrayed. Have to find out which episode it is.

Am I the only one thinking "Hmmmm, how did a homeless guy get Rihanna's home addresses in both NY and California?" . An article on how the NYPD handles those cases when they involve non famous/non rich people would be a nice balance. Also look up de Clérambault's syndrome AKA Erotomania . The articles on the subject

I have in fact been guilty of sending unsolicited photos of my dong… Actually I meant dog. Sorry for the typo.

Yes, and she is my favorite reason to watch "Agents of Shield"

As soon as I read that part of the article it started having a very Patrick Bateman kind of feel to it.

I am thinking the person who set you up on this blind date will be on the receiving end of a stern talking to. I was also thinking of making a Patrick Bateman comment , but that is low hanging fruit. So I will post this video instead.

The entire description of him leading up to the unsolicited dick pic indicate the possibility that this man is a narcissistic sociopath. Also a big clue and red flag… "On the way, he suggested we take a picture together in front of the Robert Indiana LOVE sculpture; I obliged. " . Thats an indicator he is a trophy

A photographer friend of mine frequently use real fire and water in his work:

You can find lights like that at home depot. Clamp lights can be very handy as well.

I don't mind armed waitresses, but the bible thing kind of creeps me out.I don't think anyone will be cheap with their tips in that place.

Insurance companies also charge higher rates to people with bad credit. The logic behind it is that according to them people with bad credit are more likely to commit insurance fraud. Considering how many working class people now have credit issues due to the economic meltdown it's quite stupid.

After reading these I think its time to hang up a shingle and start a self defense class. I already have permission from my teacher….

I am not sure who's worse. The men who engage in that kind of behavior or the ones who find it objectionable but stand by and do nothing.

I very thoroughly approve of this.

Meant "Never Gonna Give You Up", but it was too late to edit it when I realized the typo . Just need to find that Rick Astley track. Another video that works equally well is from the youtube comedy show "Enter the Dojo" :

as service to all the women who have to put up with this bullshit I am providing a link to a green screen lighting test of my dog . Feel free to use it as the appropriate response to internet stupidity. Will likely redo the music on it with "Never Gonna Give up" at some point. Your welcome.

damn it , it's only Monday . This is horrible and tragic need, to look at pictures of puppies for a bit now. I have a friend who is in the process of transitioning (male to female). Everyone in her life , myself included have been very supportive. We all worry about her a little more when stories like this one pop up.

Unfortunately some people are actually that stupid.
