I don’t get why people are bashing the COD4: HD trailer. I mean, the first 2.5 minutes are a bit dull, but what’s not to like about COD4?

Well, he said he hadn’t played since MW2. That leads me to think that he hasn’t seen much of them.
Uh, COD4 had the best SP out of any COD game. Leaving that out of the remaster would be like shooting themselves in the foot. Leaving out half the maps though, that’s shooting themselves in a few toes. Hopefully they reconsider and bring back the full roster.
I can’t type a good comment, I’m so freaking mad.
Yeah, agreed on the campaign. It was varied and something exciting was always happening, and not in an “OMG SLOWMO EXPLOSSSSIOONS!” sort of way that the later IW and Sledgehammer games had. The only CODs since that have managed to hold a candle to the missions of COD4 were probably BOPS 1 and 2 which actually tried to…
Better this than “holograms” of dead singers. Hologram MJ still freaks me out today.
NO NO! All Washington has is coffee and the Space Needle. Nothing to see here. No, siree.
Damn shame. I have fond memories of the Gamecube kiosks, the DS app, and the various little Japanese touches that Nintendo made on the stadium. Hopefully I can come back for another game before it switches hands. In other news, I went to the Nintendo HQ in Redmond recently and found out that they closed their…
Ok, I might have to buy another Call of Duty game. Honestly, COD4 is one of my all-time favorite multiplayer games and seeing that it will be remade brings me hope that I can play it with my friends again. I’m a bit cautious though, considering that there have been 8 CODs released since then. That being said, here are…

There better be lighthouses, that’s all I’m saying.
Source? There have been a few articles about friends of Kotaku staff but they have generally included disclaimers denoting that fact. Also, their job is to write about games, so I don’t find them reporting on upcoming games to be unethical.
1. Hulk sued Gawker, not Kotaku. Granted, Gawker Media is the parent company of Kotaku, but it was bloggers on the Gawker side that made the mistake. Kotaku has been nothing but reliable in my experience reading it.
Technically yes, but I like to think that the bloggers here have more integrity and are less biased than “real” reporters.
Metal Gear?
Wow, suddenly Ted Cruz being the Zodiac Killer seems like small potatoes.
Racism Awareness Month
Wait, so the Mechanist, the same amazing crimefighter from Superhuman Gambit in Fallout 3 is in the new DLC? Wow, I might actually have to get this now.
Overwatch, Uncharted 4, and Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst all in the same month? Tough call, and I can probably only get one. Well, unless I can get a job, but hey, college is hard.
Fixed.
