I beg to differ. My cat's name is Gus (or Gussie) and she is absolutely adorable.

I loved the Monkees as a kid. My sister and I would watch the reruns of their show on Nickelodeon. And Davy was always my favorite. The Monkees Reunion tour in the mid-1980s was my first concert.

I changed my name when I got married. My husband told me he really wanted me to be Mrs. WishIWasInNY and I thought that was sweet. I did try to keep my last name for professional reasons, but it got too confusing. So, I have his last name.

I eloped in secret in a white sundress by Ann Taylor, which I had worn to work for years (we got married on our lunch hour). My husband liked it better than my "real" wedding dress, which I wore for a ceremony with our families months later. I still wear it to work and no one is the wiser, except my husband :)

I loved The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and I, too, wish it had done better. That said, I had a fantastic time at Sherlock Holmes 2. It was lots of fun.
