Hell yeah, thanks!

There's a really great book about this (EDIT: why don't Gawker sites clean up links anymore?): http://www.amazon.com/The-Psychopath-Test-Journey-Industry/dp/1594485755/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347385382&sr=8-1&keywords=the+psychopath+test

Another question, is it legal to play videogames on an emulator and broadcast the screen? If I'm playing Mario Kart 64 and I'm clearly using an XBox controller, is that a problem?

I have a few questions regarding Intellectual Property. I run a podcast and a blog, and I don't charge for any of the stuff I put online. Is it legal for me to use a band's music in my podcast (or YouTube videos) without getting their consent? Can I read excerpts from a book or do a script reading of a movie (I'm just

This is my mixer (which I got for 80): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006GEYX2/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00

Yeah, it sucks, thanks.

I think the cost of my mixer, mics, and recorder are less than this...and I edit my podcast on my iPad.

where the hell is the white part!?

Wow...That was a really great article/essay/story. I do a podcast (Will and Bobby Know Everything, booya) and my co-host was telling me about a girl he knows who responds to craigslist ads for fetish stuff. She'll put on boots and walk on guys, stuff like that. Unfortunately, Bobby didn't really know all that much

Alright, so if you get hit in the front or back of your head, you're fine...the back of the helmet anchors the front, vice versa...but if you get hit on either side of your head, won't the helmet contract a little? Head squashing is still possible in this thing?

I'm historically poor at relaxing. I don't like going on vacations, and I don't like wasting a night. I try to fill my free time with things I think are productive, all the way from watching a TV show that I can analyze (which I use loosely...I'm an aspiring writer, so I tend to pay a lot of attention to pacing,

Goddammit...I can't think of anything cheesier. Is this all just to show off that she's super-strong now? I haven't read the Twilight books, but I've read the synopsis on wikipedia, and the series sounds like a huge piece of shit. Can anyone tell me what the appeal is? They seem poorly plotted and really corny.

I mean, it's kind of weird that a network will buy a sci-fi show, knowing full well that the genre has had it's share of problems, and at some point risk ending the show before the full story is told. Most of us sci-fi geeks are fine with a show ending as long as it's story isn't randomly amputated.

Along with the comeback of Robocop, I guess we're in for an Android boom next year. It seems weird that this idea is so pervasive again all of a sudden. I was too young at the time that Robocop and things like The Bionic Man were popular, but it's always seemed to me that those concepts were being explored then

Well they've definitely got a unified look for the whole Kindle line now. It looks great.
