How about telling EVERYONE that seeing and having access to wild animals is not a basic human right?

Many people have much better access than they think they do. Most areas near the coast have ecologically sound whale-watching ventures [and San Diego is near the coast, as is Florida]. Moreover, not everyone deserves that kind of access. Arguably in fact no one does. People can do research on their own.

Well that’s patently untrue. The number of lawsuits Sea World has recently been slapped with, and the investigations into their practices, make that true. They’re an incredibly financially successful venture and you’d be surprised what they can therefore get away with.

WORD. Not to mention, male animals in the wild actually are not likely to kill or mortally wound one another in combat over females. That’s a major myth perpetuated by Disney and similar media. WORD—statutory rape IMO is b.s. If the woman consents, meaning if she wanted it to happen and indicates thusly and believed fully at the time that had she said no the guy would have stopped, it's consensual sex [above, say, fourteen or so]. If not, then not.

I think Criminal Minds hasn't been so great a show as of late, or at least not as great as it used to be..HOWEVER I think knowing what the world looks like from a perpetrator's mind is a useful thing in learning to defend ourselves against them. Besides, most of the time the Team doesn't show the perpetrators

Oh, goody. More cowards who think the internet is a safeguard against attacks so they take advantage of the situation to express all their pent-up rage there, against strangers.

Right—except that a) the coach broke university policy, not the law and b) the chances of any rapist or sexual assaulter of any kind being convicted in this society despite overwhelming evidence is minimal..
