I grew up in Denver - those winds are no joke.

This dress is a nightmare.

I can’t understand it at all. The Goodwill by my mom’s place is arranged by size! It’s SO MUCH EASIER TO SHOP!!!

I tried to get into thrifting but I was overwhelmed by all the crap. Plus, the Goodwill near me with all the cool shit is a “boutique” Goodwill - meaning all the clothes are arranged by color instead of size. It is its own unique level of hell.

If I buy expensive sunglasses I will lose them within a week. Cheap ones? I’ll have those fucking things forever.

Same. Could you imagine the places we could get into?

I’ve always been invisible to men except for a very short period of time when I was a magnet for 50+ year old dudes. So much so that my friends dubbed me an “old man magnet.” From ages 18 - 21 the ONLY men that would approach me were 50+. These were always men that hadn’t settled down in their 30s and were now looking

I’ve gotten “ma’am” since I was about 17. But I am a huge bitch, so.

Ok, so there are these things called embers that the wind can pick up and blow. That’s what happened here. The fire was on one side of the highway. The wind picked up embers and blew them onto the other equally dry side of the highway. That’s how it “jumped.” Then cars started catching on fire because of other embers.

Local news used helicopters.

Dude, this isn’t the firefighters fault. The fire was too fast moving due to the winds. According to the LA Times, the fire department was already in the area trying to put out the fire when the wind blew embers across the highway and it all went up like the fourth of July. No one expected that to happen, no one

The news helicopters aren’t hovering over where the fire helicopters need to go to drop water on the fire, either.

Do you have a fibroid?

What about the boys? These girls don't get themselves pregnant. (Yes, the boys appear on these shows, too...if they stick around at all.)

Agreed. I kept going back like an idiot hoping to find something great. I only bought one thing - a really ugly bra because it was $13. Finding a bra in my size under $75 is almost unheard of, so I don't care how damn ugly it is.

So do I. I’ve been to Comic Con. There are a lot of people but I’d never compare it to a “genocide.”

Obviously the woman who was pregnant prior to BK going into a coma should just cross her legs and hold that kid in until all this is over. If she can’t manage continued gestation, Bobby Brown should completely ignore that the child has been born, focusing instead on crying enough tears to satisfy the masses.

Happened to my mom, too. She went to see how much she had for college and discovered her father had taken all of it and run off. She didn’t go to college.

They may have. Just because you have a cell phone doesn’t mean it’ll have service.

Admitting her husband is a serial rapist means her entire life has been a lie. All of it. After 51 years, that might be a really hard leap for her to make mentally.
