When I went to grad school I had to track down my vax card before I could attend. I also needed to get the meningitis vaccine. This was in 2006 and I didn't even live in on campus housing.

I'm in my 30s and, until a few years ago, I didn't know there was a chicken pox vaccine, either. I attribute this to a) not having children or being around anyone with children and b) having had chicken pox as a child and not being a candidate to receive said vaccine.
