The US guvermint doesn't, other countries do. We just suck at running a country. God Bless America

The Chinese government has a plan, they now what they want to be doing in 5, 10, 20 years. They can build public transport before the price of oil spikes because they don't have to convince voters that the money wouldn't be better spent on something else. America has no plan that goes beyond the next election. Of

I have not seen this, you get +10 internets for bringing it to my attention.

When Saab is done with this mess, whatever cars they squeak out will be awful. It's painful to watch this slow death. I saw Darth Vader (Turbo X Sportcombi) the other day, and it reminded me of how much promise Saab once had. Now they are like a zombie car company.

Demand for Oil is international, and Brazil, India, and China are looking to one day guzzle the stuff like we do. The closer they get to this goal, the more Oil will cost. If we had taxed it when it was cheap, like Europe, we would be able to lower the tax now to ease the pain. We would also have reduced demand

Your opinion is asinine and I did you the favor of letting you know. I'll just ignore you from now on.

Wow, so you get to decide who is and isn't a car guy. Please Herr Automarshal tell us what ze requirements is to be a car guy in the reich? Are you also going to tell me what books I must read, music I must drive to, and what racing to watch?

The leaderboard is short for the PI problem. Two similar cars we similar PI should produce similar times. They don't. I use the leaderboard example because that is the easiest way to see it. I don't want to have to drive a certain car to be competitive. I'm not talking about a Golf that I've tuned to S class, I'm

It sounds good, but FM3 sounded good. I hardly play it now. Do something about the leaderboard car phenomenon and I'll think about it. Throw in a lot more 60's and 70's race cars and I'll think more. Add dynamic weather (F1 2010) and some rally racing and I'll be sold.

Monaco isn't my favorite track to watch, but it's a great track. It's the anti-oval. 20 plus cars racing on an urban rally stage. Any mistake ends your day. That's what makes Monaco (and Singapore and Montreal) a great race, the barriers are the drivers real opponents.

Mr. George killed the golden goose years ago, Indy just isn't what it used to be.

Wow,$kaycog, you made my day. I'm a huge fan of the peek back.

We aren't going to see a bunch of commercials with a mustached Italian guy talking about having a Hemi are we?

Dude, I totally called that Lotus was going to win this!

F-15

Yes, Happy Memorial Day!

2nd gear: Never gonna happen.

The thing is I don't think it should be that hard. If the different AI drivers have different styles (which they claim to have) You could make some drivers slightly better than others with different setups ie. front rear, mid rear, etc. Then just run each AI driver on a selection of tracks that is representative

Driving style only accounts for so much. Go in Forza 3 and look at the leaderboard, the top cars in each track are almost always the same. Either everybody has the same driving style or something is borked. There is the other side of things as well, some cars are dogs and will always be dogs, regardless of PI.

Will they fix the PI problems. Two cars that are both given a specific "Performance Index" should lap similar times in similar hands. This is not the case in FM3 and most of the cars in the game are useless for multiplayer. If an upgrade doesn't seriously affect a cars performance than it shouldn't affect the PI.
