Yes, and he’s right. The statute is design to punish worse dealers who go “Oh, we changed your oil and replaced your fuel filter,” but didn’t DO that. It is not designed to punish ordinary negligence in “oh, we changed your oil, but did it poorly.” One represents a fraud on the customer, the other is just negligent.

Neutral: Range isn’t the issue so much as charging speed. I have a car that takes me 300 miles on a tank of gas and refills in 5 minutes. I could live with an electric that charges in 10 minutes and only gets 200 miles. Or you have to give me an electric that gets 400 miles and fills in an hour.

Not in my experience around the extreme amount of Latin people I am around almost all the time. 

Quick and kinda unrelated question: how do you say “Latinx”? Like Sphinx? I am latino but I don’t live in the US so I don’t really know much about it, I thought we were referred as “latino/s”, which seemed kinda fine.

I’m from South America, born and raised, so I feel like I should be allowed to give my two cents on this:

THIS, gender is part of the spanish language, you can just change it because of a fad that came from english speaking countries.

Can you stop using Latinx already. No one fucking uses it, it’s not a thing and will never be a thing. Everyone I know that’s actually from Latin America hates it and will never use it. 

I like Guacamelee, but I know it’s about as authentically Mexican as poutine. And I know some Mexican people are going to like it, but I know Mexicans that like Speedy Gonzalez too.

Why should white people be concerned about this. As a latino I feel it is up to the each community to create  representation for themselves.
