If the games end up being free-to-play, then it’s not really an issue, however annoying it is.

Oh yeah, for sure. I feel like it’s something that can be most appreciated either by people with lots of disposable income or children whose parents are buying these for them. Played 3 on PC recently and played some MP without any issues finding players. Didn’t want to play too much for fear of getting hooked again though

I revisited it recently on Xbox (it’s on GamePass) and at least for the bronze and silver tiers there was no real trouble queuing up. Games got underway quickly.
