I like to call this the Jalopnik Special!!

This is one of the pictures i took, it was near the end of stage 5:

I'm impressed his hairpiece wasn't blown away...

Fuck... YES!

Really? You dont see this as a way cars will become an apliance, like a washing machine, a TV or a microwave?

Can we please stop calling these Self-Driving Cars "cars"?

These fuckers in my country dont even know how to properly spec a tire/wheel combo... they just go for the widest tire they can find and then just throw a wheel to match the diameter of the tire they just bought.

you know, under certain circumstances the added weight might help the ATV to gain some traction. A buddy and I once found a guy stuck in the sand, both axles laying on the gound and the wheels spinning. Back then my buddy had a Kawasaki Praire, 4WD and stuff.

Andrew, i'll be at one of the spectator spots when the rally enters Antofagasta. They release these spots a couple days before they get there, do you use these?

I live in tbe atacama desert, and i suggest you bring some sunscreen and then some more. You are goind tk sweat a lot and the swear may make the sunscreen run into your eyes, and that burns, so if you have one that doesn't make you eyes burn, bring it!!

Nice!! Thanks for sharing! was the train moving towards you or away from you?

Could you just use you phone or another camera you have laying around? i was wondering how good the button layout "felt" and how easy it is to operate. Can you take a picture in poor light conditions with it?

could it be both?

Sweeeet!! Post pictures!!

That rear end is going to get old pretty soon, though!

isnt it? I was like "oh, maybe they panicked and didn't know what to do... my dad is 65 and know really well how to use a computer, but not everybody is the same".

Im bookmarking this whole post...

Well, at least they are testing the car in similar weather we have here. Last year they had issues with the heat messing up the fuel and they had to retire, which was bad because I really wanted to see him.
